A career recruiter specialising in Accountancy and Finance appointments, Dale holds a BA International in French and Politics from University College Dublin, and a first-class honours MSc. in International Management from Galway University. Having joined a boutique recruitment practice as their first graduate, Dale has specialised in advising part qualified accountants on their careers across multiple industry sectors including FMCG, retail, technology, and pharmaceutical amongst others. Dale then led Graduate Recruitment for Audit, Tax and Legal graduates for Deloitte Ireland.
Prior to relocating to Melbourne, Dale was the Principal Consultant at Ireland’s fastest growing recruitment practice, focussing on advising qualified accountants on career moves, specialising in the newly qualified to five years post qualification experience market.
Dale is a firm believer in a consultative led approach, and has a passion for ensuring that both candidates and clients are equally heard and involved at every step of the recruitment process.
