With a unique blend of in-house and agency capabilities, he is well-positioned to partner with recruitment teams and leaders to understand their challenges.
Commencing his recruitment career at a US multinational company, Intel Corporation, Daniel was responsible for engaging with and onboarding talent across engineering, finance and technology. Moving to Melbourne in 2017, Daniel gained local experience working as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner at BMW, where he was responsible for onboarding people across an extensive range of corporate roles. He also worked with a national accounting specialist agency, where he refined his ability to partner with accounting talent.
Moving to Quinn Allan in 2019, Daniel has developed to become a Partner within the business. He has a passion for external partnering and has developed a reputation in the market for his honest and transparent approach. With a Bachelor of Commerce and a Master’s in Corporate Strategy and People Management, Daniel prides himself on building trusted relationships with clients and candidates alike.
