In 2014, Mark left his native New Zealand for London, where he kickstarted his recruitment career. Joining a global firm, Mark immersed himself in one of the most dynamic markets in the world. After gaining invaluable experience in the United Kingdom, he moved to Australia where he led several high performing multi-disciplinary teams across Melbourne and Brisbane. In 2024, Mark made the move to lead Quinn Allan Brisbane.
