After completing her studies in Arts and Commerce, Olivia launched her recruitment career with a leading multinational firm in Wellington, New Zealand. From the outset, she specialised in accounting and finance roles, partnering with organisations across the public, private, and not-for-profit sectors. Working in a smaller market helped her develop an appreciation for the value of building genuine, long-term relationships.
Several years later, Olivia moved to London, where she broadened her expertise at both boutique and global recruitment firms. During this time, she focused primarily on the media and financial services sectors, managing high-volume assignments while collaborating with substantial finance teams and renowned brands across the UK.
Following her relocation to Melbourne, Olivia joined the Accounting and Finance team at Quinn Allan. Her focus is on supporting talent from newly qualified professionals through to those five years post-qualification. She takes great pride in delivering a consultative, insight-driven service that goes far beyond traditional recruitment.
