Quinn Allan is a boutique, specialist recruitment business, operating in all major industry sectors. As a team, we offer interim resources at all levels of financial and commercial functions from finance operations to CFO.
There are plenty of benefits to you including:
- Contractors are only paid for the time they work so you don’t need to pay annual leave, sick days, public holidays etc.
- We can provide contractors on a short-term basis from two weeks to 12+ months, at short notice.
- You might be running your own recruitment process for a permanent role but need cover whilst going through that process to reduce the workload for your existing team.
- The ability to backfill the business-as-usual work of team members who might be seconded on to a project or system implementation / upgrade.
How do we get exclusive access to talent?
We partner with a specialist talent attraction firm which presents returning Aussies and Kiwis from the UK and other parts of the world, as well as highly skilled migrants.
We have relationships with several experienced recruitment firms in Ireland and the UK where we mutually refer high quality candidates to each other.
We regularly place the same contractors from one assignment to another, they come tried and tested. Often our contractors commence assignments without an interview (time pressure dependent), in the rare event they don’t work out, Quinn Allan will pay their salary with no charge to you.
