Shani specialises in permanent and contract recruitment in our Procurement practice. She has spent the last four years working with organisations spanning the Government, Energy and Environmental sectors.
Originally from regional Victoria, she began her recruitment journey at a large global agency focusing on policy and strategy roles within the Victorian State Government, before joining our firm and broadening her expertise across the private sector.
Shani takes a friendly and straightforward approach to recruitment. She is genuinely invested in understanding what success looks like for both the organisations she partners with and the professionals she supports through the process. She is known for her warm and responsive style, and for building genuine connections through face-to-face meetings rather than hiding behind emails.
In her free time, Shani can often be found at theatre productions, and has recently returned to beloved dance classes following a hiatus. As a proud Northsider, she is also on an ongoing mission to find Melbourne’s best sandwich.
