Laura has over 5 years of experience in reception, administration and customer service. Her career began in the beauty and wellness industry, where she worked as a Beauty Therapist in spas across Australia, developing expertise in high-end client care and administration.
She then transitioned into the corporate sector as a customer service representative for a small embedded network company, handling invoicing, customer support and account management. In 2024, Laura launched her own day spa on the Mornington Peninsula, gaining valuable insight into business operations, client record management and process improvement.
In her role as Operations Assistant, Laura supports the day-to-day administrative tasks of our consultant team and coordinates all Quinn Allan internal and external events. As the first face many guests at our offices see, Laura is warm and approachable, always happy to help. She prides herself on being proactive and taking initiative in everything she does.
Outside of work, Laura continues to run her spa on weekends and has a strong passion for giving back to the community through her wellness services and charitable initiatives.
