Mark joined a global recruitment firm after advice from friends, family and not least his own dad who had recruited in the accounting and finance market. Mark quickly developed a passion for making a genuine impact in people’s lives and helping interesting organisations secure access to fantastic talent and to profiles they may not have previously considered. Mark quickly rose through the ranks with five promotions in seven years and was then leading a team of specialists.
Whilst he thrived within this management position, Mark quickly realised that being a true market specialist and consultant was his strongest value proposition. When the opportunity to join Quinn Allan and Mark Hetherington came up, it seemed like the perfect match. He’d recognised Quinn Allan’s presence in Brisbane as well as the reputation of the team he would be joining.
Mark is passionate about the Brisbane market and sees the exceptional growth potential to become a major global city. As a new father, his family are just as important as his career and he looks forward to creating a genuine niche for himself within his new market.
