Oliver has 25 years of search and selection experience predominantly in the legal, professional services, executive and banking markets. He gained his experience in the UK and Australia and has conducted exclusive searches in multiple jurisdictions which include Australia, New Zealand, Asia, USA and South Africa.
In addition to his deep understanding of Australia’s private practice market, he has also gained considerable experience in the in-house market where he has placed a myriad of roles in leading organisations such as banks, financial services institutions, and a wide variety of corporates.
A consultative, friendly and down to earth attitude is at the heart of Oliver’s approach. This engenders both clients and candidates alike to entrust him with their assignments and careers, and he takes pride in boasting great success and longevity of his placements.
Oliver began his career in the City of London where he worked with leading International Investment banks such as Citi Bank and ABN AMRO. In 2000, he joined a listed International recruitment company and moved to Australia in 2003.
