Upon obtaining his Bachelor of Commerce with majors in Management and Human Resources, Tom kicked off his career in recruitment at a large international agency in his hometown of Wellington, New Zealand. There, over the course of his tenure he built a solid foundation working with a wide range of stakeholders across the technology and finance sectors.
For Tom, his job is all about people. He genuinely enjoys building a lasting relationship with the professionals he partners with, and takes the time to understand what they’re really looking for and how he can support them. He truly values honest conversations and aims to build connections that last long after the placement is made.
Within his network, Tom is known for his upbeat, approachable nature and his sharp recruitment processes that deliver prompt results. Outside of work, Tom enjoys anything rugby, football or cricket related: if he’s not watching sport, he’s talking about it.
