He began his career in finance, working as a Trust Associate in Dublin before moving into a Project Accountant role in his hometown of Waterford. After travelling to New York and Vancouver, Matt made the leap into recruitment and quickly built a successful career within Accounting and Finance recruitment.
Matt focuses on building strong relationships and understanding the motivations behind each hiring decision and career move. He enjoys the collaborative nature of recruitment and values the opportunity to support people as they take meaningful steps forward in their careers.
Away from work, he is an avid golfer and enthusiastic runner.
