This organisation plays a critical role in strengthening primary care, improving access to services and driving integration across the health system. With a particular focus on equity, population health outcomes and innovation, their aim is to deliver impact with measurable goals that produce better health outcomes for communities.
The Role
This position requires an experienced Board EA who has provided high-level, proactive and confidential governance, company secretarial and legal compliance coordination support to the Legal Counsel and Company Secretary.
Working with Board cycles, proactively manage logistics, agenda and invitations, board pack uploads to Diligent portal, coordinate papers and manage key documents.
This role also maintains accurate governance records including registers, governing documents and policies, terms of reference and statutory records. Salary circa $115k plus super plus salary packaging.
The Fit
Our client is seeking a highly organised, detail oriented governance professional who can support the Company Secretary, Legal Counsel whilst also providing outstanding support to the Board and Committees.
Your experience with all facets of Board administration, governance and compliance processes, working with Board cycles and required actions will be highly regarded. You are also able to work autonomously, with the ability to preempt business flows, working with established board processes and systems including looking at continuous improvements through an Ai lens.
