The Role
This position reports to the CEO and is responsible for leading the development and implementation of enterprise-wide People and Culture frameworks, governance standards, workforce initiatives and organisational capability strategies.
You are to the go-to for senior leaders to receive expert advice on all people matters and also work collaboratively on change projects including restructures, workforce transitions, cultural initiatives and transformation.
This is a senior generalist role that brings deep experience to the conversation and can provide strong outcomes based on industry wide knowledge.
This position also leads and develops a small team of Business Partners therefore requires the experience and aptitude to influence and mentor.
As a leader, this role requires commercial acumen with budgeting and planning, a solid knowledge of IR/ER obligations and frameworks, strategic planning and knowledge of WHS. Salary circa $210k plus.
About You
Post Tertiary qualified and tenured experience as a P&C generalist and leader, you will bring a deep understanding of Human Resources and organisational capability. Strategic and Operational, you are keen to deliver on all facets of HR across the organisation. Able to develop credibility with the executive and leaders, you deliver on projects to timelines and have the ability to flex as needed with business demands.
Your experience is broad and cover blue collar and also some time in a corporate environment where there has been good structure.
With excellent communication, technical competency with HRIS and other systems, you are a "hands-on" leader who is keen to further develop and deliver.
