Operating in a fast-paced environment, you'll partner with stakeholders across Marketing, Digital and Technology functions to deliver sourcing strategies, strengthen supplier performance and maximise commercial value.
The Role
As Senior Procurement Specialist, you'll lead complex procurement initiatives across Marketing and Technology categories while acting as a trusted advisor to stakeholders throughout the business.
With accountability for driving sourcing strategies, supplier negotiations and contract outcomes, you'll play a key role in influencing commercial decision-making and embedding procurement best practice across the organisation.

To be successful in this role, you'll be a seasoned procurement professional with significant experience managing complex sourcing activities and supplier relationships across Marketing, Digital and Technology categories.
We're seeking someone who has developed deep procurement expertise through substantial experience in strategic sourcing, category management and commercial negotiations within large or complex organisations.

Exposure to retail, consumer, eCommerce or similarly fast-paced environments will be highly regarded.

The Role
As Senior Procurement Specialist, you'll lead complex procurement initiatives across Marketing and Technology categories while acting as a trusted advisor to stakeholders throughout the business.
With accountability for driving sourcing strategies, supplier negotiations and contract outcomes, you'll play a key role in influencing commercial decision-making and embedding procurement best practice across the organisation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing category and sourcing strategies across Marketing, Digital and Technology spend
- Leading complex end-to-end RFI, RFP, RFQ and tender processes
- Managing strategic supplier relationships and performance frameworks
- Negotiating high-value contracts, statements of work and commercial agreements
- Identifying opportunities to optimise supplier performance, cost and service delivery
- Providing procurement leadership and commercial guidance to stakeholders
- Managing risk, governance and compliance across procurement activities
- Supporting business planning through market analysis and supplier insights
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives and procurement capability uplift
- Delivering measurable commercial outcomes, savings and value creation

You will demonstrate:
- Extensive experience in procurement, strategic sourcing or category management
- A strong track record managing Marketing, Digital and Technology procurement categories
- Experience across agency, media, digital marketing, customer experience, software, SaaS and managed service spend
- Advanced sourcing, tendering and contract negotiation capability
- The ability to influence senior stakeholders and navigate complex business environments
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical capability
- Experience leading multiple high-value procurement initiatives simultaneously
- The confidence to challenge thinking and drive improved commercial outcomes
- A proactive, outcomes-focused and strategic mindset
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
Exposure to retail, consumer, eCommerce or similarly fast-paced environments will be highly regarded.
