We are currently partnering with a leading financial services organisation seeking a technically strong Business Analyst to support a range of digital and data driven initiatives.
This role sits closely between business, data, and engineering teams, helping define requirements for systems, integrations, and platform enhancements within a complex financial environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Gather, analyse and document detailed functional and technical requirements
• Work closely with data, engineering and architecture teams on solution design
• Translate business needs into user stories, technical specifications and acceptance criteria
• Support API, data integration and system interface documentation
• Facilitate workshops with business and technical stakeholders
• Assist with testing, UAT and implementation activities
• Identify opportunities to improve systems, data flows and processes
Skills & Experience:
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in technical or data-focused environments
• Strong understanding of systems integration, APIs or data platforms
• Experience within financial services or regulated environments (highly regarded)
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and documentation skills
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments
