Our client, a well regarded organisation operating across health and home care, is seeking an Enterprise Architect to set the technology direction for its Home and Residential Health portfolio. Reporting to the General Manager this is a high impact role shaping the target-state technology landscape across Health and home care while ensuring alignment with the organisation's broader transformation priorities.
About the opportunity
You will own the enterprise architecture and multi-year technology roadmap for the Home and Residential Health domain, translating clinical, operational and customer priorities into scalable solution designs. Working closely with the General Manager and portfolio executives, you will guide investment decisions, shape major transformation programs and lift architectural maturity across a complex, multi-regulated environment. This is a strategic role with the mandate to define direction rather than maintain the status quo.

Key responsibilities
- Define and maintain enterprise architecture for the Home and Residential Health portfolio, aligned to business outcomes and customer-centric transformation
- Develop target-state architectures across application, data, integration and cloud domains, and manage the transition from current state
- Lead architecture input into major programs, including platform selection, RFPs, business cases and technology recommendations
- Collaborate with C-suite executives, EGMs and senior business leaders to influence investment and shape strategic direction
- Provide annual planning and investment guidance, prioritising initiatives and managing technology obsolescence
- Oversee architectural governance processes and ensure enterprise frameworks and standards are adhered to
- Provide thought leadership and domain guidance across home care funding models, regulatory requirements and client service pathways
- Substantial experience in enterprise architecture within health, home health and aged care Sector (core requirement without we won't be able to progress you).
- Proven track record defining technology strategy and roadmaps that link directly to business outcomes
- Demonstrated experience leading architecture for large-scale transformation programs
- Depth across application, data, integration and cloud architecture
- Strong capability in business case development, RFPs and executive-level technology recommendations
- Experience establishing and upholding architecture governance, standards and principles
