The Role
An opportunity exists for an experienced Partnership EA to join the organisation to support an Executive who leads Client Services. Working closely with the Executive and their direct reports, this role is busy and varied and includes all key facets of executive support including diary triage, organising meetings internal and external with key stakeholders, document preparation and reporting, preparing Board inclusions. You will be working with various technologies and internal systems, maintain key registers and work closely with key stakeholders. Salary circa $115K.
About You
Experienced and passionate about your craft, your high level skills compliment your team and ensures you are the go-to for all executive administrative tasks and projects.
Competent on technology such as Microsoft including Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint, you bring the skills to triage busy diaries, can organise, prioritise and flex where needed and your attention to detail and quality of communications is outstanding.
