We're seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to join a well-established organisation on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Based in the Brisbane CBD, this role offers 2 days WFH flexibility along with genuine variety across commercial partnering, governance, and strategic project work, making it a great opportunity for someone who wants broad exposure without sacrificing work-life balance.
About the Role
Reporting into senior finance leadership, you'll act as a trusted commercial partner to operational managers, providing financial analysis, reporting, and strategic support across a portfolio of assets. You'll be involved in budgeting and forecasting, asset-level profitability reporting, governance and compliance, and supporting broader strategic and transformation projects.

What You'll Bring
- CA/CPA qualification (or working towards)
- Strong business partnering experience, ideally supporting operational or asset-based stakeholders
- Solid FP&A skills including budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modelling
- Confidence presenting financial information to non-finance stakeholders and senior leadership
- Experience with ERP and BI tools highly regarded
- A proactive, relationship-driven approach and strong commercial acumen
- 12-month fixed term contract
- Brisbane CBD location with 2 days WFH
