Quinn Allan are partnering with a highly respected, purpose-led organisation to appoint a Finance Business Partner into its Brisbane-based finance team.
The organisation operates nationally across a diverse range of programs and services, creating a complex and commercially interesting finance environment. With multiple revenue streams, government-funded programs and a broad operational footprint, the role offers genuine breadth and exposure.

The opportunity
Reporting to the FP&A Manager, you will act as a trusted financial advisor to business leaders, supporting financial planning, performance management and strategic decision-making.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Partnering with senior leaders to provide financial planning, performance analysis and commercial advice.
- Leading and supporting annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting and monthly performance reporting.
- Developing financial models, scenario analysis, KPIs and performance dashboards.
- Translating financial and operational data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Supporting business cases, tender and costing submissions and funding acquittals.
- Providing analysis and advice to identify performance opportunities and drive business improvement.
- Building financial capability across the business, including stronger budget management and commercial decision-making.
We are looking for a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys getting close to the business and influencing outcomes.
You will ideally bring:
- CA, CPA or CIMA qualification.
- At least four years' experience across FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, reporting or finance business partnering.
- Strong experience partnering with senior stakeholders and executives.
- Excellent analytical and financial modelling capability.
- The ability to turn complex financial information into clear, actionable insights.
- Strong communication, influencing and relationship-building skills.
- Advanced Excel capability, with Power BI or similar reporting tools highly regarded.
- A genuine interest in working for an organisation with a strong social purpose.
