About the Position
This role sits within the Finance Systems Support team and focuses on keeping key financial systems running smoothly day-to-day. You’ll take ownership of system administration for Oracle Fusion, ensuring that everything from maintenance and configuration through to integrations and reporting operates efficiently.
It’s a hands-on position where you’ll be the go-to for user support, troubleshooting issues, and improving system processes across the organisation. You’ll also work closely with IT, vendors and internal stakeholders, giving you great exposure and the chance to influence how systems evolve over time.

Duties
- Manage day-to-day system administration for Oracle Fusion, including user access, configuration and maintenance.
- Monitor integrations and interfaces, identifying and resolving issues to ensure smooth data flow.
- Provide user support and training, manage queries through the support desk, and troubleshoot system issues.
- Perform system maintenance activities such as updates, integrity checks and year-end processes.
- Develop and maintain reports to support finance and operational requirements.
- Liaise with IT and external vendors for system issues, upgrades and enhancements.
- Support testing, system changes and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain and improve system documentation, procedures and user-facing forms.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across finance, IT and the wider business.
- Demonstrated experience supporting and administering Oracle Fusion, with a solid understanding of core finance modules.
- Strong grasp of system configuration, user access, workflows and day-to-day troubleshooting within Oracle Fusion.
- Good understanding of integrations and data flows between Oracle Fusion and other systems.
- Confidently supporting end users, resolving issues and communicating solutions clearly.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to investigate issues, identify root causes and drive improvements.
- Strong stakeholder skills, with experience working with finance teams, IT and external vendors.
