An exciting opportunity exists for a commercially minded FP&A leader to join a large, complex organisation on an initial 12 month fixed term contract.
Working within a collaborative and high-performing finance team, this role will play a key part in leading enterprise-wide planning, budgeting and forecasting activities, while partnering closely with senior stakeholders across the business to support strategic decision-making.
This position will suit a technically strong and commercially astute FP&A professional who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and enjoys operating at both a strategic and hands-on level.

About the role
Reporting into senior finance leadership, key responsibilities will include:
- Leading group budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning processes
- Delivering high-quality financial analysis and performance reporting
- Supporting executive leadership with strategic insights and recommendations
- Business partnering with senior operational and corporate stakeholders
- Driving continuous improvement across planning, reporting and systems
- Providing financial modelling and scenario analysis to support decision-making
- Leading and mentoring members of the broader FP&A team
To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring:
- A strong background within Financial Planning & Analysis
- Experience operating within a large, complex corporate environment
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical capability
- Advanced financial modelling and systems skills
- A proactive and solutions-focused mindset
- CA/CPA qualification
