The Role
Due to retirement, this position has become available, and it has presented an opportunity to re-think and re-shape a more contemporary structure to align with business change.
With a national team of approx 30 in various office services roles, this position will lead from the front, taking in all facets of business delivery from new inductee onboarding, supplier and contract management and negotiations, travel policy and process, building and facilities liaison, records and file management oversight, assisting with events, ensuring a strong WHS structure internally and also leading, mentoring and continuing to shape the national team providing uplift across roles and functions.
This role works closely with other senior leaders including technology, risk, P&C and Events to deliver the best business outcomes and is a highly visible role to the business.
This is a position that requires business credentials, commercial nous and a sophisticated and committed approach to providing outstanding customer experience, gained from working in professional services. Salary circa $200k pkg.
