The Organisation
Since the mid 80's this family owned business has been Australia's leading provider of fine art, worldwide, logistics solutions. With national storage facilities and a skilled team who can provide tailored services for one off's and entire collections, they are the go-to for exhibition shipments.
The Role
This is a newly created role that will provide the team with support across HR and Marketing functions. The business is going through change and uplift and needs this role to support operations growth and innovation with business processes and systems. Working with Employment Hero for HR lifecycle functions including on and off boarding, contracts, training and compliance, you will work closely with an external HR Specialist to support HR initiatives.
The marketing component will see you work with Hubspot CRM, generating reports, reviewing and coordinating social media content, assisting with marketing campaigns, events and maintaining marketing collateral and content.
Salary commensurate with experience, circa $100k plus.
The Fit
Your background has been varied and you may have credentialed in either HR or Marketing whilst gaining hands-on business experience over the past few years.
With excellent organisational and planning skills, you can manage competing priorities, problem solve and communicate effectively at all levels. You are systems literate and keen to continue learning, and bring a high standard with excellent attention to detail. You also have a passion for continuous improvement and bring a curious and self-motivated approach to all that you do.
