They are a funded organisation who lead and support various programs that provide key services within a geographical region. Their services are supported by talented and specialist teams who work with empathy and purpose. Their leadership team bring specialist industry and role experience which ensures a contemporary approach, all working collaboratively.
The Role
Supporting their Head of HR and working within a small and collaborative team, your role is to be that first point of contact for all key stakeholders in the business.
You possess excellent communication skills, with the ability provide advice to leaders on all HR matters and can take ownership of required tasks following requests.
Experience with employee life cycle from recruitment to onboarding with all HR operational requirements including contracts, probity checks, providing key reports for leadership review and all HR compliance.
The Fit
You have HR credentials and experience in the workplace, ideally within sectors such as Health, Education or Government where there are higher levels of compliance. You are systems savvy and have ideally worked with HRIS, and quick to pick up new work processes and procedures.
Of the utmost importance is your critical thinking, your ability to follow through and deliver outcomes to timelines and your ability to own your role with purpose.
