The Organisation
They are a boutique, privately run finance business who are well versed in their areas of expertise and known in the market for their customer-first and personalised approach. Their team is high performing, love to connect with team activities and live the values, they are on a growth trajectory.
The Role
This is a newly created role and will sit with their ELT with a voice and credibility as a subject matter expert.
As a HR Generalist and with suitable credentials and lived work experience that relates to a small finance firm, you understand "hands-on" and enjoy all facets of HR delivery.
Responsibilities include recruitment and onboarding, performance, engagement and leadership development. You will be also reporting on key metrics, and providing advice to the owners on market insights. You are also experienced with HR operations including policy and compliance review, and have the ability to review the current framework and adjust as needed. Salary circa $100k for 3 days.
About You
You are an experienced HR candidate who has worked closely with the ELT in previous roles. You are keen to take on all facets of this role from operational HR through to strategy, planning and projects. With no HRIS currently in place, you have the experience to build a business case when the time is right.
Professional and with outstanding communication skills, you have the ability to build credibility and trust quickly, your ability to deliver quality results on time, find solutions and at times work with ambiguity will ensure success in a business environment that requires an agile and responsive mindset.
