Since the 80's, this community services provider has worked towards improving lives through dignity and choice.  Offering services and programs that span training, employment, disability, youth and allied health as well as social enterprises, their aim is to help individuals achieve a higher standard of independence.

The Role
Due to growth, there is a need to recruit a highly experienced HR Business Partner who is both a competent generalist and also specialist with IR/ER conversations and actions.  Working with Schads Award interpretations and as a key internal advisor, this role will support and guide managers through all case matters, monitor emerging themes and contribute to the evolution of contemporary practices that embed inclusive, non-adversarial and fit for a trauma informed human services environment.
This role will lead and coordinate the day to day work flow for the P&C team to ensure high touch service delivery, whilst building a collaborative, high functioning team who are aligned to the values and principals of the organisation.
Experience with policy, process and workflow management, e-recruitment capability, providing advisory and coaching support to leaders, maintaining compliance, providing reporting and have an oversight of WHS practices are all key requirements at this level.  Salary circa $160k plus super plus salary packaging.

The Fit
Credentialed at Tertiary level and with deep, proven experience delivering advice and support across the employee life cycle with specialist IR/ER skills working alongside a lived experience workforce.
Strong communications skills both written and verbal including drafting key policies and people governance materials, streamlining people processes and procedures.  Prior leadership experience with the ability to mentor and develop a business facing model.  Prior experience in for purpose, community, disability, employment services, mental health or human services.
