About the role
We're seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the delivery of a portfolio of interrelated projects, aligning outcomes to strategic objectives and ensuring benefits are realised. Reporting to the technology executive, you'll own the program end to end, from planning and governance through to delivery, stakeholder management, and benefits tracking.
This is a high-visibility role suited to someone who can hold the big picture while staying close enough to the detail to keep delivery on track.

We're seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the delivery of a portfolio of interrelated projects, aligning outcomes to strategic objectives and ensuring benefits are realised. Reporting to the technology executive, you'll own the program end to end, from planning and governance through to delivery, stakeholder management, and benefits tracking.
This is a high-visibility role suited to someone who can hold the big picture while staying close enough to the detail to keep delivery on track.
What you'll
- Define and own the program plan, roadmap, dependencies, and critical path across multiple workstreams.
- Manage program-level budget, resourcing, and forecasting, with clear reporting to sponsors and steering committees
- Lead and coordinate project managers and delivery teams, removing blockers and managing escalations.
- Establish and run effective governance — steering forums, status reporting, risk and issue management, and change control.
- Engage and influence senior stakeholders, balancing competing priorities and keeping everyone aligned to outcomes.
- Track and report on benefits realisation, ensuring the program delivers measurable business value.
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery practices and PMO standards.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex programs or large projects, ideally within Finance and/or Insurance
- Strong command of delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) and the judgement to apply the right approach.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and cross-functional teams at scale.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including at executive level.
- Confidence navigating ambiguity, competing priorities, and shifting requirements.
- Relevant certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, MSP, SAFe) is well regarded.
