Our client is seeking an experienced Finance Project Manager
with a strong background in finance transformation, operating model design and organisational change to lead a critical business improvement initiative.
This is a business transformation role rather than a traditional delivery Project Manager position. A major technology implementation has already been completed, and the focus is now on improving business processes, driving adoption and designing an operating model that supports long term success.
Working closely with Finance, Member Billing, Bank Reconciliation and
Technology teams, you'll lead process reviews, simplify complex business rules and deliver meaningful organisational change across a high profile transformation program.

What you'll be doing:
- Lead the review and redesign of finance and billing processes and the future operating model.
- Drive business adoption following a major Salesforce transformation.
- Manage and prioritise the backlog of business and system improvements.
- Review, consolidate and rationalise complex business rules and undocumented processes.
- Identify process risks and recommend improvements to strengthen operational controls.
- Engage and influence senior stakeholders across Finance, Member Billing, Bank Reconciliation and Technology.
- Provide strategic leadership by defining the project approach, governance and delivery roadmap.
- Proven experience delivering finance transformation, operating model or business change initiatives.
- Strong understanding of finance operations, including bank reconciliation, month-end close and financial controls.
- Demonstrated experience reviewing and improving complex business processes in large organisations.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and change management skills, with the ability to build trust and influence at senior levels.
- Calm, pragmatic and politically astute, with a collaborative approach to driving change.
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and defining the delivery approach rather than following an established framework.
