We are working with a leading higher education institution seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead key transformation and system upgrade initiatives.
This role will oversee the delivery of a major ERP program, ensuring successful planning, execution, and adoption across academic and operational departments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end ERP implementation or upgrade projects within a complex organisation
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets and resource planning
• Engage with academic, administrative and IT stakeholders across the institution
• Coordinate vendors, implementation partners and internal delivery teams
• Manage risk, issues, dependencies and governance frameworks
• Drive change management, training and user adoption activities
• Provide clear reporting to senior leadership and steering committees
Skills & Experience:
• Proven experience delivering ERP projects (Finance, HR, Student Management systems)
• Strong understanding of project governance in complex environments
• Experience working within higher education or public sector (highly regarded)
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across large-scale programs
