We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Modeller
to support a major strategic initiative within a modern enterprise analytics environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across complex data ecosystems, integrating multiple operational systems, and designing scalable models that drive meaningful organisational insights.
Role Overview
The Senior Data Modeller will be responsible for designing and enhancing enterprise grade data models that support advanced analytics.
You will work across multiple enterprise platforms and data sources, including operational systems, CRM platforms, digital engagement tools, support systems, and survey/feedback channels. The role requires the ability to unify these sources into coherent, analytics‑ready models that enable timely insights and informed decision‑making.

Key Skills & Experience
- Strong enterprise and dimensional modelling experience
- Experience designing analytics and data warehouse models
- Strong SQL capability and data analysis skills
- Experience integrating multiple enterprise systems
- Ability to work with business stakeholders and translate requirements into scalable data models
- Experience with modern data platforms such as:
- AWS Redshift
- Snowflake
- SQL Server
- Experience with data modelling tools such as Erwin or similar
- Experience working in complex service‑based or customer‑centric environments
- Experience with engagement or retention analytics
- Experience designing Power BI reporting/semantic models
- Familiarity with lifecycle‑based or enrolment‑style data structures
