You will play a key role in delivering analysis and modelling to support investment decisions, identifying risks and opportunities, and helping the business understand key drivers of performance. The position also involves working closely with broader finance teams to enhance reporting, improve processes, and ensure robust financial governance.

Duties

  • Analyse market, regulatory and operational trends to assess impact on business performance

  • Monitor costs, track performance against budgets, and identify improvement opportunities
  • Support the development of standardised management reporting frameworks
  • Contribute to enterprise-wide initiatives and investment evaluations
  • Assist in maintaining and improving financial models, tools and reporting systems
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis and deep dives to support senior leadership
  • Ensure financial outputs are accurate, robust and aligned with internal policies and frameworks

About You
To be successful in this role, you will be a commercially minded finance professional with strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
You will be confident working in a complex environment, partnering with senior stakeholders, and influencing decision making through clear communication and well-structured analysis.

You will have:
  • Approximately 5+ years’ experience in a commercial finance or management accounting role within a large or complex organisation
  • CA/CPA qualification
  • Strong financial modelling and analytical skills, with advanced Excel capability
  • Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis
  • Ability to interpret large, complex data sets and translate into meaningful insights
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to support and influence senior leaders
  • Well-developed problem-solving skills and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • Experience working with ERP and reporting systems (e.g. SAP or similar)
  • Experience within a regulated or large-scale corporate environment is advantageous but not essential.
