This is a senior individual contributor role with end-to-end ownership of a complex spend portfolio. You will partner closely with the business to deliver value-for-money outcomes and drive strategic procurement initiatives.

About the Position
This is a senior individual contributor role with end-to-end ownership of a complex spend portfolio. You will partner closely with the business to deliver value-for-money outcomes and drive strategic procurement initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading complex RFx processes and commercial negotiations across critical spend categories
- Designing and delivering category strategies that drive value creation
- Support contract owners with performance reviews, variations, issues resolution and supplier relationships, driving performance and accountability
- Balancing commercial objectives with governance and compliance requirements
- Embedding ESG and innovation opportunities into category strategies and sourcing activity
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the business
You are a forward-thinking procurement professional who thrives in complex environments and enjoys partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver outcomes.
You bring:
- Extensive experience delivering end‑to‑end strategic sourcing across complex spend categories
- Capability in category management
- Proven expertise in contract development, negotiation and supplier management
- Experience operating within regulated procurement environments (highly regarded)
- The credibility and confidence to influence and advise at all levels
- Clear, structured communication and sound commercial judgement
- High‑impact, senior individual contributor role
- Strong emphasis on supplier partnerships and long-term value creation
