An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced tax professional to join a large, complex organisation operating across major infrastructure, resources and industrial markets. This role will see you working as part of a high-performing finance function, supporting a broad range of corporate and international tax activities during a period of ongoing transformation and growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Preparation and review of income tax returns and tax effect accounting calculations
- Management of tax positions, tax workpapers and supporting documentation
- Assistance with month-end, quarter-end and year-end tax reporting requirements
- Support for local and international tax compliance obligations
- Contributing to tax projects, process improvement initiatives and business transactions
- Providing technical tax advice to finance and operational stakeholders
- Supporting interactions with external advisors, auditors and regulatory bodies
- Assisting with transfer pricing, governance and tax risk management activities where required
- Minimum 5+ years' experience within corporate tax, either in a Big 4/Mid-Tier environment or a large corporate organisation
- Strong technical knowledge of Australian corporate tax compliance and reporting requirements
- Experience working within complex group structures and multi-entity environments
- Exposure to international tax matters will be highly regarded
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and communicate technical tax concepts
- Comfortable managing competing priorities in a dynamic environment
- CA, CPA and/or CTA qualifications preferred
- Broad and varied tax role with exposure across compliance, reporting and projects
