Our client is looking for a Software Applications Specialist to join their IT team and support the systems that enable their people to work effectively.
This is a hands on role suited to someone who enjoys application support, problem solving and improving the way technology is used across the business.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide application support across business and project delivery systems.
- Assist with Microsoft 365 applications, integrations and digital workplace technologies.
- Manage software licensing, upgrades and vendor relationships.
- Deliver user training, maintain documentation and support application adoption.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, systems and user experience.
- Support and administer AEC platforms including Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Autodesk Construction Cloud and Bluebeam
You'll have experience supporting business applications and enjoy working with users to deliver practical solutions.
Requirements:
- Experience supporting enterprise applications in a business environment.
- Experience with Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Autodesk Construction Cloud and/or Bluebeam
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
- A proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement.
- Melbourne based
- Salary package of $85,000 to $115,000 + Super, depending on experience.
