Our client is a well established Australian organisation undertaking a significant customer and technology transformation. They are looking for an experienced Solution Architect (CCM) to help shape and deliver a Common Customer Model and broader Customer 360 capability.
This role will work closely with internal technology, data and business teams, as well as third party delivery partners, to create a consistent and connected view of the customer across CRM, data, marketing and customer platforms.
The successful candidate will bring proven experience across Common Customer Models, Customer 360 or similar customer data capabilities, together with a broad understanding of CRM, Salesforce, data and marketing technology.
This is not a role focused solely on a single Salesforce implementation. The successful candidate will need to understand how customer data, CRM, marketing and enterprise platforms work together to support a broader customer strategy.

The Role
- Lead solution architecture across the Common Customer Model/Customer 360 capability.
- Translate business and customer requirements into practical, scalable solution architecture.
- Define and evolve architecture across CRM, customer data, marketing and related platforms.
- Work across Salesforce, Data 360 and broader customer technology platforms.
- Develop solution designs covering integration, data flows, APIs and platform interactions.
- Work closely with internal architecture, technology, data and business teams.
- Collaborate with third party delivery partners to ensure solutions align with the broader architecture.
- Provide architecture oversight through design, delivery and implementation.
- Identify opportunities to improve the quality, consistency and accessibility of customer data.
- Contribute to technology roadmaps, architecture standards and key technology decisions.
- Support the development of a consistent and connected view of the customer across the organisation.

You'll be an experienced Solution Architect with strong customer, CRM and data transformation experience.
You'll bring:
- Proven experience implementing or architecting a Common Customer Model, Customer 360 or similar customer capability. This experience is essential.
- Strong experience across CRM, customer data and customer focused technology transformation.
- Experience with Salesforce and ideally Salesforce Data 360.
- Broad solution architecture experience across CRM, data, integration, marketing and enterprise platforms.
- Experience working across complex, multi platform transformation programs.
- The ability to translate complex or ambiguous requirements into pragmatic solution designs.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working with internal technology teams and third party delivery partners.
- The ability to operate across both strategic architecture and detailed solution design.
- A broad architectural perspective, rather than experience limited to a single Salesforce implementation.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related discipline.
