Procurement Sourcing Specialist | Leading Services Organisation

Our client is a large, well-established services organisation currently investing in the growth and capability of its procurement function. Due to increased project activity and organisational change, they are seeking one Procurement Sourcing Specialist to join their team on initial contract engagements, with the potential for longer-term opportunities.
The position offers the chance to work within a complex and fast-paced environment where procurement plays a critical role in delivering commercial value, governance and stakeholder outcomes.
Day Rate: $490 - $515 + Super
This role will suit a hands-on procurement professional who enjoys managing sourcing activities, supporting stakeholders and delivering procurement outcomes in a fast-paced operational environment.
As part of a supportive team, you will contribute to sourcing initiatives, supplier engagement activities, contract negotiations and ongoing procurement projects across a broad range of spend categories.

Key Responsibilities
- Support and manage sourcing activities from market engagement through to contract execution
- Prepare procurement documentation and evaluation materials
- Conduct supplier analysis and market research
- Assist with contract negotiations and supplier discussions
- Build positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure procurement activities align with organisational policies and procedures
- Contribute to procurement planning and continuous improvement initiatives
- Clinical or Health sector experience
- Previous experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing or Contracts Administration
- Strong sourcing and supplier engagement experience
- Exposure to contract negotiation and procurement processes
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Positive, adaptable and solutions-focused approach
- Ability to work on site 3 days a week, 2 days from home.
